QR CODE TESTED TO BE UNLAWFUL. Rupa's Cafe has chosen not to display a QR code. The police informed Dilip Rupa this past Tuesday of failure to display a QR code & decided to pass the matter on to the Ministry of Health, who used Worksafe on Wednesday for enforcement. The Worksafe officer went to his car to get a notice requiring Rupa's Cafe to put a QR code up by day's end but never returned presenting a notice. This proves the dictatorial mandatory requirement is unenforceable. Here's a quick chat with Dilip Rupa, with footage of the Police & Worksafe visits to come.PLEASE SHARE.
